Hopefully not. The plan is to have an ARB in the rear by Moab. Will be doing a core swap with ECGS. But waiting on the funds to come in from the Brewery job.

    And........updates.....
Since I have the shackle flip kit I still had to have access to the bolts for the kit. So made some stiffening plates to make sure that there is no extra movement in the frame cause of the 2 huge holes in the plates.

Got a little closer to finishing yesterday. Decided to ditch the stock rear cross member that attaches the gas tank and exhaust in favor of a smaller stronger version.

Some of the smallest welds I've ever done. Under 1/8" wide.[IMG]

Hopefully going to be ordering my dual battery box and battery the end of this week for install when I'm done with the rear end and all the electrical goes in.

This thing is going to be rock solid when done! How much weight do you think you'll be adding when complete?

    Thanks.

With full air and water tanks plus the added material close to 160-175lbs. Or there about.

That's not nearly as much as I thought. Carry on man, its looking great. Wish I had welding skills, so many more options open up when you can make your own mods like this. Very jealous:)

So got in a few things today to help update my expo build. Hopefully going to plumb and wire everything up this weekend (my weekend Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed). And then just have to get the skid cut and mounted.

Water tank. Not entirely sure where to put the deck fill plate or orientation on the water tank, drivers side or pass side fill. Any suggestions???

Hahahahaha forgot that pic. Will be a Deck fill plate. Similar to what boats use.

Any idea's on where to mount it. About 3" in diameter at the mounting flange.

in the bed floor would be kinda cool, but sucks if you already have things in it...

on the left, just inside the tailgate, on the bed side?

got to be easily accessible, but question is, do you want it hidden or on the outside for extra bling haha

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

I think in one of the corners of the bed near the tailgate. But maybe mounting it on the outside of the bed might be kinda cool but it would have to be the perfect spot to not loot really out of place.
