    I do not think this is a good answer, considering the weather stripping I'm talking about is about a half inch thick. I may, however, do this for the undercarriage and wheel wells.

    Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
    I soaked it with wd40, then used a finger nail to scrape the goo off the rubber.

    Can someone explain to me fut the wuck derp is? I know dipping, since the product is after all called Plasti-dip and I've used it on rims, but where does this "derp" come from?

    I don't have pics, but I plasti-dipped my chrome grille and bumper with the gun-metal gray plasti-dip, and dipped my toyota logo with the Camo-sand color.

    I want to dip all the emblems with the camo plasti-dip, but I have the same question as the guy above me.

    In my experience it was easier for me to peel away when it has been fully dry and then I use a toothpick or something to get at those spots in between the letters.

    Someone else may have a different experience though

    Thanks for the advice. I used a toothpick for the small spots.

    Unfortunately I have to re-do the side emblems as both times the tape took too much of the dip with it and peeled a "T" on one and an "A" on the other.

    The only thing that bugged me about my Tacoma was the chrome. Now that I have plasti-dipped it I have found myself in love with it again. I turn around to look at it when ever I walk away.
