I notice your feet is turned way out when you squat, work on some ankle mobility, straighten them out a little bit and you'll come outta the hole way faster.

I very rarely train fasted, but I was just ready to workout and didn't feel like eating, so I tried it out and it was amazing. I wanna get the powder now just to spruce up my water!

Did legs yesterday and I'm sore as shit today. Zercher squats are my new favorite leg workout…I'm still mastering technique, so I'm doing lower weight and higher reps with them.

Also Cody, your new ride is sah-weeet.

If I get anything, I'd probably get Scivation Xtend just because it's got 2 more grams of BCAA's and it's got great reviews. Whatever I get, I wanna mix a couple scoops in a gallon of water to sip on throughout the day. Plain water gets old.

Does anyone have a Fitbit? I think I'm going to get one next week. I'm looking at the Charge HR; it does your daily steps, distance, calories burned, sleep tracking and detection, a watch, vibrating alarm, floors climbed, active minutes recorder, heart rate monitor, and caller id; it's the second-best one, behind the Surge, which is $100 more and also has multisport workout summaries, text notification, music control, and GPS.

    Here's the one I'm getting; it's $150

    Here's the Surge that's $250:

That's why I buy it. To spruce up my water.

    And the Xtend is delicious

the sleep tracker and whatnot are pretty cool, as is the heart rate monitor

gotta try set it up to track gym workouts

the only thing is I hate wearing watches when doing anything with freeweights or things like front squats

gotta get used to it, i guess
