My blower motor is making a little noise. Probably because it was -3 when I left work. Not a huge issue, it's a 9 year old truck

Found this little old gem on youtube this morning. Thought I'd share it, since we're supposed to get another doozie of a storm tomorrow.

For kicks I test drove I crewmax tundra last night. Not going to lie, definitely liked it. Like driving a lazy boy compared to my taco. Not sure I can get over the size though. Thing is bigger than the furd 5.4 triton full 4door with 6foot bed work truck I had, and that thing was pretty Damn big

Yeah, the new Tundra's just seem bloated to me. It's not so much that they have a soft and smooth suspension; I think it's that they literally flatten the road out by crushing the bumps under their massive weight.
The new F150, Silverado, and Ram are just as heavy, but it seems like the big 3 have done a better job of tightening up the ride to make the truck 'feel' lighter as you're driving it.

The 5.7 gasser in it is just ridiculous. The normal pedal pressure I would use for my truck or the t4r was breaking the tires loose.

Going to. I prefer the looks of a dcsb so we'll see. Thing is tacos are generally more expensive for comparable mileage

I did and it works awesome. I have to make a couple changes to help with the weight and to help with the ability to use it from the roof also.

I did the same this am. I cut a hole in the corner and left a trail right down the gutter with a 50lb bag. Water started running off the roof and you could hear the ice breaking up.

What did you carve into this crap with? I'll probably be having to do the same on my roof unfortunately

 it certainly it's tempting. I really like the space in it. The one I'm looking at is a 07 trd. Going to check out a dcsb taco probably Monday. Wife really likes the full size though.

My snowblower gave up the ghost today. :( It's off to the repair shop this week. Luckily for me, it died right at the end of use.

I suspect the auger transmission worm gear is stripped. The auguer won't spin with any load on it, barely spins unloaded. The impeller works fine. No shear pins are broken and I can spin the augers by hand when the motor is off. I don't really want to tear it apart in sub-30 degree weather, so off to the shop it goes. Luckily it appears we won't get any huge snowstorms this week and hopefully the shop's backlog isn't too bad.

    First world problems, I suppose.
