2015 OFFICIAL CITRUS MEET

Oh, and being as how we're going to have such a huge turn out this year, I know it's been mentioned splitting up into more than one group so we aren't tripping all over each other in the play areas so I was wondering, would it make sense to have a plan for that before hand?

For instance, have a group that doesn't mind some pin striping from the tighter trails and a group that wants to stay on the wider trails to avoid pin striping.

 

I think that would be a good idea, me I don't really care for pinstripes as I have mother nature's pinstripes all over my body panels hahah

 

I'm going to have some freshly painted fenders and will likely try to avoid the extremely tight trails for this trip. But still plan on pushing the limits again.

 

I think as long as there are people with recovery gear and such in each group it should work out

 

Luckily I found my old fairlead since I snapped my smittybilt the other day.

 

I drive slow I'll stay in the back of the group, making sure no one gets stuck . BTW anyone here go to the January 2011 Citrus meet? That was the last time I was there, and don't remember it being too tight of trails, but glad to go back.

 

It really depends on where you go. The Northwest corner has some pretty tight trails that will pin stripe your truck. The Graveyard trial (trl 11B) on the south side of Stage Coach is also a little tight, but the concern there is more leaning over into the wall going though some of those washouts. The rest of the trails are pretty wide.

Hey guys, not sure if my truck will be ready, been doing A LOT to the truck more than I expected. I will still be going, if not my truck, in my wife's. She's definitely not into pin-striping, honestly neither am I. I'm also getting freshly new painted fenders. My truck went in for one thing and I went way over! I got excited! lol

I'm going to try to be there late Friday, my wife still works. Worse case we'll be heading out early morning

 

I have one on my truck that can run air tools pretty good, and a couple others have AOB also. If you want bring it but you can, save yourself the room

 

We down south are going to meet up at my house around 4am Friday morning and head up to meet Bryant somewhere in the ghetto. Anyone else more south have plans to caravan? We will be coming from Miami

 

Michael, im gonna most likely be stopping near Belleview again, did you want to meet up in the morning and ride down to the McDs? anyone else from up this direction wanna meet up?
