Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
I am in 6th at 45 in town...I hate mountains.

I really think I won't be as heavy as Chris when we weight in. Even with dogs and stuff.

Home Depot had a 4X3 reducer for $8. If it wasn't 9 degrees and blowing like hell I'd install it...

so I noticed when reinstalling today, the slit where the debris is projected out...make sure it is in the back...I originally didn't notice it and accidentally had it facing forward...kinda defeats the purpose...

so I went ahead with the rivet idea for the top joint...

then through some satin over the rivets and reducer

    no more silver band

and with a screw in the bottom along with the clamp...this one shouldn't go anywhere too easily

I noticed a difference....my commute is directly east in the morning and west in the evening, so something had to be done...

now it's grown on me and glad I did it for more than just the glare

Looks good Bob. Good call on the exhaust port. Once we get back above the freezing mark I'll go ahead and get mine installed. Thanks again for doing the research and finding this.

What size hose clamp did you end up going with for the coupler-to-airflow connection?
