If you could take a bite, you'd know.

It'd be the second best tasting meat I've ever given you.

Not on that one, no. I had another with capers and red onion earlier this weekend. It was amazing. Definitely needed, IMO. That bagel had avocado which was good, today's had just cream cheese and salmon which stopped being good after half a bagel. Lol

That's not greek, WTF? Feta or haaloumi or GTFO.

BTW, just as a kick, you can grill haloumi cheese, and it is very tasty. Gets a bit smokey, of course. It literally squeaks when you bite into it. Weird, but I recommend.

And Wee Wee, GTFO with your lamb hate. I think they are the best flavor of baby.

Thanks Dennis! My wife was watching the cooking channel while I was surfing TW, and the person was making those balsamic fries. Wow they were good!

1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup balsamic, salt, pepper, they used rosemary sprigs, I used a Tuscan seasoning I had. 450* 20 minutes. Ten each side. Simple but tasty!

I do something similar for pan fried potatoes.
Olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper. Slice up the spuds and throw them in a pan with the hot oil and cook until golden brown. Top them with some fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Goes great with grilled steaks, chops whatever.
