    Not sure if I mentioned it here but one of the mufflers I had on my truck was rattling like crazy on the lower rpm range. I brought it in yesterday and found my magnaflow was the culprit. I had that section cut out, replaced it with a 3" pipe and left the aero turbine that was on there. Now the truck is loud as a mofo LOL. The good side is that the drone In the cab has disappeared but downside is that the aero turbine creates a lot of rasp. IM not a fan of raspy exhausts. So I ordered a corsa muffler with 3" to 4" reducers which will be my next setup. I will record some videos of how it sounds now.

    Here's a video. Doesn't sound as bad as it does in person. Under load the rasp gets really loud especially when it shifts into gears.

    I had that exact same setup.. 3" into an aero 3030xl ONLY.. no resonator.. no cats.. was LOUD and RASPY..

    added a couple cats to the Y, and a Vibrant resonator.. better.. no drone at cruising speeds.. but it gets throaty and slightly raspy under load.

    still thinking of dropping down to 2.5".. and changing the Aero to a Borla.

    My corsa muffler came in today. It's a little bigger than the magnflow I had on the truck if not longer. Took an inside shot of the muffler and it's build quality is good.

    Here's some Info on how a corsa muffler works if you're unfamilliar with their products. Lots of LSx guys tend to use their products. Will be taking off the aero turbine and the corsa will be taking its place. Makes me curious how the truck will sound once this goes on with how it's designed.

    The Corsa I have is a open can design so not much back pressure. If anything im getting some from my aero turbine muffler.
