    MT vs AT

MT are not snow tires. Drop your air pressure.

This. Honestly, any tire not aired down won't do great in snow, but MTs suck terribly in anything other than mud.

Idk, Ive been really amazed with my AT2's in this snow... In 4wheelxdrive I actu can't get them to completely loose grip, I did a little bit in a field last night but that was only while hammering on it in a turn.. And i haven't aired down at all

That's because it's an AT, has siping and can be decent in snow.

Bingo! This guy knows what he is talking about!! the exact reason why I didn't run my Maxxis tires yesterday and just kept the Cooper atp's on the truck to get around on.

Talk skinnies blow in the snow as well, no lateral grip.

I loved the snow, I didn't get much of a chance to drive in it though.
This was tuesday morning where I was staying.

Makes perfect sense... Good for being tall to get over rocks but just slip when it's slick

Packed snow for sure... Most of the roads out by me are steep and dont get plowed (like my driveway) and as long as i stick it in the fresh stuff, she eats.

Got 11.3 inches here in Harrisonburg. Helped pull a Subaru off of an embankment. He slid off and landed on a fence. Me and a buddy in Silverado pulled him back on. Police even held off traffic for us.

Hey guys! It's that time of year ago. Madison Motorsports (Driver's club at JMU) has settled on the date of April 11th for our annual car show on campus! We'll have an Offroad section and they're will be food and prizes. Hopefully I'll get Steven Toyota on board as well as Big Dog's Offroad again and he'll bring his articulation ramp. Last year we had over 100 cars enter and it was a great success.

Here is the Facebook page for it: Here is the official thread on our website.: http://www.mmsports.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=11417

Travis and a few others came last year and can attest to how great it will be. I'm reaching out to several other groups including Ferrari's and other exotics so it's looking to be a good year. I'd appreciate if y'all came and if you do, be sure to invite your local friends on the Facebook page!

One of the groups I wheel with is going to plan a trip to Flagpole on Saturday night or Sunday, so it'd be a great way to fill up a weekend in Harrisonburg!
