Custom Emblems by Metalmiller

I could not respond for a couple of days because I was out on repairs. I mentioned before that I have accepted a position that does not require me to travel. My replacement was hired last friday so I still have a couple of weeks before I can jump into my new role. I understand that people are frustrated with how things went last year. Turning things around is a priority for me. I would like to make this more of a full time gig, hence why I have accepted the new position. This will give me the means to stay on top of emails and the orders myself. Hopefully I can turn this negative image around.

 

I'm shocked to hear that you have yet another excuse- and I still have no side badges!!

Just a heads up, I got my website back online. The address is now www.metalmiller.co instead of .com. I'm working on giving it a facelift so if something looks a little off it might be because I'm working on that page.

 

You also have SEVERAL unhappy customers on TundraTalk as well. May want to look into that at your leisure.

I bought 3 emblems for Jeff, I did receive all of mine, 1 was on time the other 2 took 3-4 months, I got mad and was never offered a refund or even a freebie, so don't catch your breath on a refund,

I spent over 300 dollars on my emblems and was never offered a thing

 

I was finally issued a refund after all this! I am bummed because I dont have a custom emblem, but if I decide to go through this again; Jeff offered to make me a deal or discount or something of the sort?! It would have been nice to receive both the refund and an I am sorry emblem. You know, just as a sign of good faith. Having gone through all the BS we have all endured here and to truly have NOTHING to show for it...SUCKS!!!

Anyway, I wanted to make sure and let everyone know that I was finally given a refund.

 

That's some forward progress.......still waiting to see better results before I even consider a custom emblem from here though.

 

Wonder how fast anybody gets the product this way. And why is the Ebay store in Louisiana, and his location states Texas?

Would makes sense if it was. Those emblems all do look like his work.

It is the same guy click the ebay link in his profile it's the same guy

 

I just find it interesting that he has the time to make an ebay store and set up a website yet all these members are still waiting around for their back orders.

Feel bad for those guys and the longer this goes on the more customers you will only lose and not gain back. I'm with 805. I think I'll get my custom emblem from somewhere else.

IMHO this thread should just be locked until problems are solved
