Morning all! 'Tis bright and sunny today. High will probably be about 60. I'll be beating myself up on yard work.

To those with aches, pains, colds, and ill dogs, get better!

Good evening. I have not been feeling well for over a week. I have done something to my back and the pain is quite a bit. Really makes it hard to sit at a PC, drive, and sleep. I have had 2 visits to my doctor and 2 chiropractic appointments since the problem started. On my 2nd doctor visit this past Monday I was able to get a referral for a MRI of my back and right thigh. I am hoping to identify the cause of the pain and heal the problem.

The kitchen remodel is going well and starting to come together. We had to take the drywall off and go down to the studs. I will try to post up pics when I can. I really need to learn how to navigate TW from my tablet.

    Evening dudes and dudetts.

OMG WHATS GOING ON IN HERE.
Everyone is sick, hurt, banged up.
Reminds me of me. Still can't hear to well because of what I had almost 2 months ago.

Went out and opened up the oil path tonight.
There's a lot of snow here. Snow is up to the second floor in the front and back.
It's even with the garage roof.
Borrowed a set of snowshoes and I'll tackle the tree trimming this weekend.
More snow coming. Some fancy front that will dump 6"or more in a certain area they don't know where yet.
Looks to be the coldest February ever for us.
Like 10 and below every night.
    come on spring yyyyyye haaaaa

One sorta silver lining of this relentless cold weather is that the snow is light as a feather. I cleaned that 3" off in no time flat. I also tried the leaf blower, which I had heard some folks say they use for light snow. Meh.
    Loco isn't it?
I thought you were kidding about the tree trimming! That is a LOT OF SNOW.
I'll second that motion! In the meantime, here's hoping all of you that are suffering from illness or other woes feel better pronto. Your pets too. ;)

I wasn't kidding about the trees.
    Another foot possible tonight.
    Possibly rain mix coming Sunday.
Now it's getting serious. Will be busy Saturday. Will have to clear the roofs for sure. I'll even have to get to the shed....
    Enough already.

Once again the weather misses us in DC. The south received ice and the North gets an additional foot of snow. We received 4" of a dry snow.

Stay tough my friends in the north east.

Be careful doing the roofs Mike. I was talking to a neighbor whose son lives in Mass. and there are people clearing roofs up there and charging a $1000.00 a roof:eek:. I agree with the "Enough already". I think the Siberian Express needs to get derailed.

She didn't say about how long it's taking them to clear the roofs, but even if it takes 8 hours, that is still a lot of money.

Be safe on that roof! Take every precaution. My son-in-law is a home inspector and goes up on a lot of roofs. He fell off a roof last spring - his own roof! Broke ribs, nose, 3 vertebra in his back. He's lucky he's walking today.
