    Ah damn, mis-spelled the crap out of that last part haha, I should probably explain this better as well, this is the method I used for mine. I took some titanium metal bits with the pilot tips on them, I started really small and worked my way up for 3 or 4 sizes I think, then I used the step-bit for the rest of the drilling process because for me the step-bit seemed to drilled through it easier and i didn't have to keep changing bits out as I went up in hole diameter. Honestly though its up to you man, you can used the regular bits and just drill it one bits at a time till you get the right size.

    Also normal pilot bits will, and even the titanium bits will but they take alot longer to dull
