I'm sure you could send a PM to Eric about what you want and he could possibly make some different cuts/design to fit what you want.

X2 on this. The small DOT fog d2s are the same dimensions as the normal d2s. I assumed they would fit, but a double check would be nice As i also am planning to use them in the cutouts.

So after waiting a good clip of time for my HC bumper, it has shown up. The only kicker is, I'm out in Texas for work and still can't cut up my truck to install it. I haven't even seen it yet.

Ok guys. Here is an update on what I am thinking of. I've PM'd Eric so I'll wait for his verdict on whether something like this can be done.

Again, here are the lights I'm looking at:
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/33350386/relentless/Rigid Fog & Driving.jpg

Here are sketches of the side and front views.
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/33350386/relentless/relentless study.jpg
    https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/33350386/relentless/relentless study side.jpg

If there is not enough room to completely countersink the lights due to the backward rakes of the bumper then I'm thinking the surround for the cutouts could be extended forward outside the line of the bumper to protect them, sort of like I show.

Again thanks to whosever's builds I'm wheezing on :D

I've got a front bumper order in from May of last year, what month are you working through right now?

Assuming this is Brett with the Aluminum bumper order, based on your location and order timeframe? It's right there in the mix on builds right now. We're building our 4 last aluminum bumpers now from before we stopped taking orders, yours is the last one we took. Should only be a couple weeks till it's on a shipping pallet. I'll give you a call to confirm shipping location and get the remaining balance on it when its done.

Just look at the build thread
What would be estimated shipping time on a first gen front DIY with full hoops and dually cutouts?
