Trusted dealers in SoCal?

I got a great deal on my 13 from RSM Toyota...and since you live in MV it's a short driver for you.

 

I just bought my truck there. No hassle salesman, good selection.

 

Cabe Toyota in Long Beach will set you up. Ask for John Cabe, he's the owner and is an avid off-roader and a nice guy, I've bought 3 vehicles from him, no hassle or bs. Tell em' what you want and he'll print up the invoice with price.Good luck with your purchase!

Plus they have a service center just for trucks. Cars and vans are serviced in a different area.

 

I got mine at Toyota Carlsbad. Great deal! And they get a great selection. One of the highest volume dealers in San Diego area.

 

Toyota of Escondido is a huge dealership. They had, by far, the largest selection of any Toyota dealer within 100 miles of me. Bought my truck there.

They also have a DMV on site because they do such a large volume of sales, so I got my plates in less than 2 weeks.

I plan on doing all my own service (as much as I am capable) but if I need anything that I can't do, or warranty repairs, I will most likely go to them.

 

Any one have a preference between Glendale and Pasadena dealers?

I don't have a favorite person... I use them for parts if I can't wait to buy it from Camelback or if shipping cost makes it not worth it.
They aren't as cheap as Camelback, but they're a LOT cheaper than Claremont or Crowne.

 

Another vote for Cabe Toyota, of course thats where I got mine havent been to the new service dept gotta oil change coming up soon though.

 

I have to ressurect this thread. I recently bought my 14 tacoma from trdevan up there with cabe toyota in long beach and cant say enough about the professional and friendly service. it took two months through two truck orders (thanks toyota for discontinuing baja) but once the factory accepted my order it was all down hill! they stayed open late and took care of me the day it came in and im very grateful for the help!

cant say enough about those guys. a week later and i passed 1000 miles and love the truck!

Do not take your truck for service Penske Toyota in RSM, CA. I took mine there twice refuse to fix mistakes they made twice on the second time they took out my ABS system and refuse to take responsibility for it.

Just leased a Tacoma yesterday at Cabe Toyota with Joe Garcia - he's a good guy. Felt like talking to someone you can trust, and perhaps be good friends with - none of that shady, rip-you-off BS you get from 90% of those other dealers. The process took no more than 3hrs, including the test drive, credit check, signing forms, etc.

Be warned though.. Tacos sell like hot cakes here!

Sorry for the necro-bump, but I just bought a '00 reg cab 5spd 4x4. Never owned a Toyota before and i'd like to have a reputable dealer kind of go through the truck and let me know what's working right and what's not.

I'm located in Huntington Beach. The closer the better, but I'll drive if I have to.
