It's doable, gotta start now if you want to be ready for summer. You boddy won't store as much fat as well since it's about to start getting warmer for summer.

    Dude, go to the doctor.

Had a great leg day today. For some reason, I've been super motivated this week, even without my pre-workout

    straight-leg deadlifts: 135x20, 225x15, 225x15, 315x9
    squats: 135x20, 225x10, 225x8, 315x2
    front squats: 3 sets of 10 @ 135
    seated leg curls: 3 sets of 15, 14, 14 @ 120 lbs
    seated leg extensions: 3 sets of 18, 15, 14 @ 140 lbs
    calves
    abs

Going on 2 days straight with no cheating on the diet

I'm seriously going to try only having one cheat meal per week. I usually substitute shit out all the time and it screws everything up. Also, the weekends (alcohol) are killing me. I'm gonna try to be more disciplined.

Is anyone elses gym still insanely packed?

I went tonight a hour earlier than usual and I could barely move around. Between the plates thrown all over the fucking place and people standing in front of the dumb bells looking at themselves for 15 minutes...

Yea, I'm finding it too. That's what pissed me off last night. Our gym is a little tight between machines, and someone stacked plates between two cable machines that don't even have a way to use them. Almost fell over them.

Man, I don't know how you resist that. That's some good old comfort food right there.

same friend that pulled 611 went back and pulled 640, breaking his record of 622, then got 640 and 650. tried for 655 but blacked out on the lift

I dont think ive ever seen someone actually black out on a DL before, but holy shit

he's confirmed that I do not in fact lift

Here is what I have currently been doing since August. 3 weeks for each cycle. Heavier lifts for 3 weeks, then the next 3 shred you up. I've been alternating on this every 3 weeks now. Lift days on M, W, F. I do cardio and more abs on T, Th and Sat. I have gained some awesome mass and shredded up with this.
