    Just get methanol injection youll get any octane you want. This will give you the best results for fighting detonation and will allow you to go to 12psi without retarding the spark advance, decreased EGTs and other goodies like preventing knock :cool:

    I keep getting a rough idle that seems to miss a stroke every once in a while when the engine is cold. It only happens when the temperature is well below freezing.

    In general my idle does weird things when the truck is below 150 f. I took a tech for a drive and he said it was normal and put it in there computer should it get worse.

    I had that guess to, but if you just watch the tachometer you can see the rpm's flickering from 700-900 all the time. One of these days when I have more time I'll take a closer look.
