last I heard tundra kit required 17" rims, that LCE says it fits 16". I like the sound of not having to get new rims

In general, tundra brakes fit 16s. Someone had started a list of models that were tested to fit somewhere here.

There are 2 different tundra brake upgrade options available.

The one sold is the smaller of the 2 and fit 16's the other is from newer tundras of that generation and require 17's

haha holy shit that is one big ass enclosure, is it sealed or ported?

back in the 90s I used to make sub boxes, in fact I have one from my old 98 taco in my closet at home I made it to fit behind bucket seats in a single cab over the center hump with a slim lime 12 inch.

threw it together in an afternoon being bored and off work, it hit well and was fully sealed.

If you get the bigger calipers, you can run 16" with spacers. I went with 17" wheels even though I run spacers. Just in case I want to take off the spacers one day.

It and my amp will be secured yes after i paint it up. Actually the seat keeps it from moving around and it physically cant move around much back there. No it wasnt fun getting in!!!

I have spacers currently but don't know if ill be running them much longer either, so if this kit cost a bit more but lets me keep my 16's then I'm game.

That's what I usually do but I got the calipers for $40 and the re build kit for around $15. Figured I might as well get some nice pads. The reason I'm debating on rotors is I don't know how the originals are since there was no pads left.

Something like 02-06. Mine are actually from an 04 sequoia, but they are the same. 2000-2001 are the smaller ones if I remember correctly.

Got started tacking my DIY bumper from Ryno.

    I'm out of practice.

Tacking up the wings. They look funny because of the odd camera angle. I only have the back tires on the lift about 3' in the air.

Just look at the build thread
Took off my flares and installed part of my CB today. Also ordered a fuse/relay box and harness from Skygear. Can't wait to get it in a couple of weeks and get my lightbar and ditch lights wired up.
