I should have, every little crack in the road makes the front driver side clunk and pop. It sounds really bad on my bushings. I took it there this morning and they were full in the shop so they are going to re align and tighten things up this afternoon. I should have had them give me a ride to work instead of driving it.

I have the same bulbs as ERMB a and I'm happy with them. They have a really defined cutoff in the rear view camera too. I failed to take a comparison pic but here they are before it was even dark outside. Huge improvement over the stock bulbs.

What's the difference between these and modifying the 886 bulbs? That's what I have in my reverse

No modification needed at all to install these bulbs other than squeezing the contacts in the socket a little closer together. There's a reverse light thread around here somewhere that convinced me to go with these. I think the 886 bulbs needed a little mod to fit properly.

That's mine. Lowe's has them. Normally 169$ I think. I scored it on Black Friday for $99. I wish it was black though.

Kobalt is a Lowes item. I have a similar one in my 84. They're not going to keep a thief out like a weatherguard would but still decent bang for the buck IMO.

Edit: and too late as usual

No, I agree that if someone wanted to get in it, it wouldn't be too difficult. I live and work in a low crime area though and it keeps tools out of my back seat. Perfect for me and for the price I'm stoked with it.

Only modification was a quick cut. Real easy. Just wasn't sure if one or the other was supposed to be brighter.
Yeah I don't think you meant mine. Mine is from tractor supply and I bedlined it. Don't normally mine locked and haven't had any trouble

Lowes, and the pin size GY6.35 is important for some reason. These are 12 volt that was something advised to look for. I was looking for a 50 watt, but for those the wattage as too high.

Also, I snipped the ends about a 16th off the pins. It sat nice and snug in the receptacle after
