Jaime works for an insurance company, maybe even Nick's. I still think its stupid to roll off the lot without insurance in this state. Too many people without insurance to even risk it and never give an insurance company a way out.
Both of my new vehicles didn't leave the lot without them on my policy. It also a good idea to give it to the finance people right away IMO.

My 2c... But what do I know

 

I don't know if we are who nicks policy is with but my company you have 14 days from date of delivery of vehicle to tell us about then we can deny coverage on it and if something does go wrong after that and if it's within that 14 days and he hasn't told us yet he has to provide a bill of sale or sale invoice before we will cover any damages caused to his vehicle and the other persons property.

 

We have some seriously strict laws around insurance here due to the number of people driving illegally and without it. We also have a great deal of cars that really shouldn't be in the road. Takes about 5 min of driving in south Phoenix to find those.

It's the weekend, I will be getting happily greasy and drinking copious amounts of adult beverages and not listening to anyone's negativity... la la la la la.... because it's going to be a damn good day!
