It's awesome and relativity inexpensive, like 10-20 bucks for a few hours

I had a large Brooklyn style pizza from dominos :anonymous:. All of it :pout:. I am going to get my diet in check. Chicken and rice...maybe some veggies but I am not that dedicated haha.

For my cut, I'm doing low reps with heavy weights. I try to concentrate on squeezing the muscles and pumping blood in them. For my last rep, I'm already struggling. I've notice significant changes already and I'm loving it.

    Here are my workouts:

    Upper body:
    All chest - 3 sets, 6-8 reps
    All triceps - 3 sets, 12-15 reps
    All back - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
    All biceps - 3 sets, 12-15 reps
Shoulders - 3 sets, 10-12 reps (shoulder presses 6- reps)
    Traps - 3 sets, 12 -15 sets

    Legs:
    Squats - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
    Leg press - 3 sets, 8-12 reps
    Leg extensions - 12-15 reps
    Hamstring curls - 3 sets, 12-15 reps

Great movie. My nephew and I are having an Arnold movie marathon this weekend; he's definitely one of my favorite actors. Such a badass.

I remember when I was in college.

My end of the year goals are:

    bench: 405
    squat: 405
    dead: 500

I'm setting the bar high lol
