What does this plug into?

Went under my dash today to check on something and noticed this guy just hanging out. I took off the accelerator and can't find anywhere it would plug into.

 

That would be the Warp Drive accelerator cable!

 

I was wondering why I could only hit warp 2.4!

Truck runs fine without it plugged in. No CEL's or anything. Just makes me nervous knowing something may be unplugged when its so close to my accelerator.

I wonder if I could use this as the reason why I had to say "But officer my truck just wouldn't stop accelerating! I mean, it is a Toyota after all!"

 

I don't have a clue, sorry.
Now I will go look at mine.

I have that too, also an auto. Maybe it's 6spd related.

edit: Sorry for the shitty pic, it was pitch black outside. Phone didn't want to focus but you get the idea. Mine is taped up out of the way.

 

Maybe it's a vestigial clutch switch wire.

 

It's a Toyota!














They install wires for upgrades and options you don't have!

 

Looks like the wiring for the sender that makes you have to depress the clutch to start.

 

Clutch -------- Brake ------- Gas ( why would the wire for the clutch switch over here )

Checked the schematics for a 2006 and didn't see a Yellow with green strip wire on the throttle.
