What would that have to do with the headlights? FWIW, I replaced it a year or so ago with an EP35 to compensate for the front LED lights that came with the bumper.

If it comes on and stays on with the headlines you probably have a wire that got crossed

Dunno but that's where I'd start. Then I'd check the signal stalk.

I was thinking te relay too.

But wouldn't this have happened before too when he originally wired the leds if it were a crossed wire?

I'll swap the relay just because it's easy. Then I guess it's pulling the stalk and cleaning it up with some contact cleaner.

But yes, LED turn signals and relay have been in for over a year. Besides splicing in the new turn signals, haven't touched any wires relating to either the turn signals or headlights.

Honestly, the relay shouldn't be doing that but weird things happen. As you said, it is easy to check which was why it was my first reaction. I'll look in the FSM diagnostics manual tomorrow and see if it mentions any symptoms like that and post possible causes.

Bens broke. I had to rebuild it

A bigger antena will move more though. Just keep that in mind. I'd just keep what you have.

I got my homebrew All-Pro add-a-leafs installed. I needed longer center pin bolts though. I bought two and turned them down to match what was on my donor set of leafpacks but it was a waste of time. The axle hole is larger than 16mm so I could have just thrown them in, oh well. My U-bolts had about 1/2 a thread exposed after install which didn't concern me but I ordered some from Wheeler's anyway as the threads were looking kind of crappy.

Adding the leafs I gained about one rydicometer of height, ~3/4". haha. Hopefully this will help keep my headlights out of the trees. Previously the weight of bird crap on my tailgate would make the truck sag.

I put on my roof basket last night and it isn't as big as I imagined it to be, so I will probably hold off a little longer than I expected to change antennas. I still want a longer one though. I feel like the longer the antenna, the better your connection will be

I swapped out my tail lights due to one being busted, bought them off rock auto and paid extra for Capa certified lights which were supposed to be a garaunteed fit, they were not, and have a 1/4" gap on the outside.

I also installed my first alarm/remote start on my truck at work, the experienced guys said it Would be easy and only take an hour or so, it ended up taking me 7 hours and I got everything to work except the parking lights do not flash when armed or disarmed, even the lead installers couldn't figure that one out.

Also have led reverse bulbs, 20 inch led bar. Bamf behind the grill light mount, a grillcraft grill, and weather tech floor mats ordered.

Not totally true..the wire on the antenna is just wound more tightly and closers on the shorter antennas. If you put it up on the roof basket, it'll be plenty tall and have a good ground plane so it'll tune just fine. My swr with a 5' is 1.2. My buddy with a 2' also has 1.2 SWR.

    Probably wouldnt make any difference.

If I was going to put it on the roof, I'd just switch the entire setup and get a Wilson Mag Mount. But I'm not going to do that

Well, it's not doing it this morning, so who knows. Still would be curious to hear what the FSM has to say, if anything. Certainly not hard to notice if/when it happens again.

I once had my turn signals freak out. The turn signals would completely shut off when I hit the brake, but it corrected itself a few days later.

The only thing I've found so far is "The flashing frequency is abnormal". That points to either the body ECU, the bulb, the relay or the harness but nothing more and nothing descriptive. I'll check the sections that it points to in the repair manual.
