I truly hope that she's just a crazy bitch when the truth and evidence comes out and that NASCAR has to give him some sort of compensation.

 

Chevy cut ties with him yesterday

 

Supposedley choked his girlfriend and roughed her up a little. He has also stated that she is a hired assasin who works for the cia. I think he drinks a little too much and can't distiguish between truth and fantasy.

The judge ruled in Driscoll's favor based on a "preponderance of evidence" aka her story was more believable than Kurt's. To my knowledge there was no physical evidence of abuse nor was there any witnesses to the abuse. So pretty much Kurt lost a he said she said battle. Total BS if you ask me. I know he doesn't have the best reputation and track record but you can't rule that he hit her based on a story.

Now my thoughts, which I've mostly kept to myself, about Danica...in that video she acted like a spoiled little 13 year old brat who didn't get her way. At the speeds they were traveling, they're going 50 yards in a 1/2 second. Denny is trying to draft Danica and its a little hard to do that in a turn. Harvick got mad about the same incident with Logano. Bottom line is it happens, especially at Daytona. If Hamlin lets up he's got a guy right behind him who puts him in the wall through unintentional contact. You could tell Denny didn't mean to do it, he was trying to calm her down. She was pissed he got too close to her then when he says fine I won't get close to you she says "no you can get close to me just don't spin me out". Then Tony comes in and defends like its his little sister. Bottom line is its Daytona. That shit happens, I guarantee Harvick has done the same thing to another driver and so has Danica. Don't lose your marbles over something like that.

Bowyer got involved in a wreck in qualifying from a nobody and he didn't even whine that much. He said it is what it is at Daytona, can't blame him for trying to get some speed or time.

I agree. "Guilty by reputation". Can't believe how many are jumping off his ship. Chevy and everyone else. I really do think he came back from rock bottom a better man. He's been more calm and respectful to everyone.

 

Fuck! Kyle Busch took a nasty lick at 90mph head on into concrete. Looks like he'll be out for a lot of the season.

im a kyle busch fan, and I must say, there went my trucks/nationwide season... ik hope hes better, and can take care of his family.... after aall that's in order, he can get back to that Toyota driving at its finest

 

Report: broken left foot, compound fracture to right leg (like Tony). If he's patient and does proper rehab and healing, he's most likely out for the season. If he's like Denny, who broke his back the same way, he'll rush it and get back in the car too soon. His wife is 5 months pregnant. He needs to stay home, heal up and enjoy some family time.

Glad I didn't buy tickets to any races yet. Guess I'll be rooting for #19 for a while now.

 

I got atlanta tickets, but may not get to go... 2 sets of the start/finish line deal.... all 3races and a pit pass for sunday.

I was going to get Bristol tix, maybe I'll try to go the August race. Wouldn't mind the fall Charlotte race either.

 

60% chance of rain at Atlanta Speedway on Saturday and Sunday. Probably a rainout. This was my fear when they announced the new schedule.
