Thanks for the insight on reloading. My only experience has been with a Lee 3 position press. An old friend of mine has some beast of a Dillon. I have not seen it, but I have seen the piles of ammo it produces. He was messing around with IDPA for a few years.

On the rings, just trying to figure out how low I can get the tube. I'll probably go medium height.

The 3 position turret is just the older model of my 4 position turret. Great press and works great if you arent needing to make tons of centerfire ammo.

The dillon's are nice though! But they can be a bit much IMO and they dont work that well with certain powders (again IMO).

Im pretty sure i used Med rings. I cant for the life of me remember what brand rings i got. But whatever i got fits perfectly lol

get an XD Mod2? Yea that 'grip zone' wording is ridiculous. Ever consider a Talon grip? I put one on my XD (the rubberized version) and could not be happier. Was only $15, inexpensive but not cheap.

    right on...

curious, I don't have any experience with the Pachmayr sleeve. What didn't you like about it? Did it slip around or add bulk to the grip?

    cou.

I dig the Talon's because they add no bulk to the grip.

No pistol grip so he doesn't have to have this contraption.

you can add a bullet button to an AK but they are really hard to use. Most people add the kydex grip wrap so they can use the mag release and pre-ban 10+ round mags.

Anyone know where I can get a sunshade for a bushnell elite scope? Tried a Leupold and some other off brand but they didn't have the same threads

    Added to the list

Any preference of OEM vs aftermarket?
I can get 3 Pro mag magazines and an Uplula from BPS for ~$50.

I have upLula and the babyuplula. Love both of them. Just makes loading a mag some much nicer.

I got the 223 one but I honestly have never really used it other than when I first got it to try it out. Wouldn't get it again.

I recommend to most people to go ahead and get at least some form of mag loader tool. Heck many new guns are even including basic ones with their guns

I think I see SD40 VE as my next handgun. $379 local price. Felt great in my hands and similar to Glock.
