Im unsure why this dealership had it this low, anyone else in area is in $30's plus tax, title and added fees. We havent signed all papers yet and truck is due in Saturday morning. Id try to get that dealership fee waived but im sure they know they have the only one in town this weekend. If i dont sign papers someone else will same day.

That seems like a crazy deal...makes me feel like I got hosed on my $32700 OTD...

@shawnk46 - Yeah, that is a super excellent price! Remember the "dealer fees" and what not are all just part of the final price in reality - it is all one pot of money to both you and the dealer. One goes down the other goes up - zero sum - usually. It doesn't hurt to ask of course, but the asking price is already excellent so as you say I'm sure they will just tell you "take it or leave it".

I've got a truck on order using Costco pricing, which is good but not any better than what a little negotiation would get most people. I tried to get dealer fees reduced and the dealer basically said, "no, take it at that price with those fees or go someplace else". These trucks sell themselves most places so it is rare to get a big reduction unless there is some special circumstance in play and you are determined and patient.

About $2K below MSRP seems the be where negotiating stops in most cases. Though from this thread and your experience you can see it is possible to do better than that in some cases.

Hope you get your new truck at that great price!

EDIT: Is that a PreRunner or a 4x4?

Hi all. New to the group. Last Toyota I owned was a 86 mini with a 22R. Solid truck.
Just picked up 2015 Bright White DCLB SR5 PreRunner. Has Entune/Navi, back up camera, hitch package. All for $29,9XX before TT&L. Pretty stoked on it.

    Probably paid too much!

$31,440 OTD (no taxes here & Title/Registration is paid separately).
2015 Tacoma V6 SR5 DCLB 4x4 w/Tow Hitch and "All Weather Floor Mats", Entune Plus, Rear View Camera.

Could have gotten DCSB TRD for same price. I figured I can upgrade suspension but I can't make the bed longer!

Left the lot with 21 miles on the Odometer.

Good point. Didn't realize he was lacking the 4x4 notation. ;)

hi, i just bought a 15 taco DCSB 4x4 auto trd OR, towing, entune premium. St. George Utah (but live near SLC) for 32,595 before t/l/f. sticker was 34,500ish. in SLC, they won't deal at all. not the best that I have seen on here price wise but pretty good i think. the truck is pyrite mica love that color!

currently also have an 05 Xterra...told myself i would behave on the taco but dang....too tempting. have a 5"lift, 285's, sliders, rear and front bumpers and winch on my X. will be hard not to do more on the taco.

Signed my papers and drove it home yesterday. 3 miles on the odometer.

    Final tally was $31370 OTD.

Silver, DCSB, V6, TRD Sport 4x4 with Entune Plus, All-weather mats, Tow Package, clear paint protection for the doors, window tint, pinstripe (didn't really want it -- but it actually looked pretty good), and Toyoguard Elite. The latter three things were negotiated out of the price. ($30,599 before dealer fee and TTL. Tax is only $300 here in SC).

First post but might I say I am amazed at some of these prices (so cheap). I dealt with 6 different dealers trying to find a deal but literally no one would budge much. I got so sick of negotiating for months and many emails on end that I finally pulled the trigger. Truck is not even built yet but there isn't much for selection around here.

2015 DC Long Box, TRD Sport w/ Entune, 4WD, Tow package
    MSRP - $34,150
    Bought for $32k + TTL

    Ouch....

I am so new to it that I don't even know what I have. I know it has backup camera that I required, sound system sounds great. Its white, I like that. I can't believe I paid that much for a vehicle! But I do love it.

Scottsbluff! I work with folks from there. And my ex-wife's family is from there too. El Choritos (did I spell that right?) is the good Mexican place in town is it not?
