Hey everybody, I'm planning on buying a sport grill for my truck. My question is what is the best online Toyota parts department to order it from? I've searched and searched but I get mixed reviews on most of the places. I just don't wanna get screwed. That's for the help!

I purchased mine from the local dealer, but only after I did my homework. Camelback Toyota (AZ) offered the best price. So I printed out a copy of their price and took it to my local dealer to see if they would price match and they did. If the local dealer would have not matched the price I would have gone with Camelback. I am sure there are other great dealers out there.

Would you be opposed to painting the one you have? For a fraction of the price and a little effort it can look great. If you still aren't happy you can then go buy a replacement.

I bought mine and sold my chrome for $100 I believe... I have about $90 into it and it's a perfect match.

I thought I read somewhere that Camelback could be a little flaky. Is this still true?

I just painted mine! I went off roading and on the way back home the grill face flew off last year sometime... :D
    [IMG]
I got a new grill face and painted it a few weeks ago.

I like painting when I'm not in a rush and have done a few cars before too.

I think I bought this one from eBay.

I live in the valley and I just called my local dealer, Camelback is a little farther and they beat the price, $169 out the door. I sold my chrome grill on CL for $125 two days later.
