    Going to low ball an offer. Worst they can do is say no. Our Realtor said it was overpriced per SF. So going to offer 315-320 or so.

    Not too long actually. Listed on the 10th. Was pending once. Now it's relisted again.

    So I think the pending inspection may get them to come down.
