The whole "quiet" run by Rick and in Michonne regarding Terminus and Woodbury, then at the end of the episode when he gathered up Judge Judith there were kids laughing and playing in the background (audible)

I think this place will be safe, atleast the people inside will be cool, the whole "no people in the pics" was just written in to add some doubt to his story IMO.

 

That's what prompted Michonne to ask him the 3 questions

I wouldn't rule out fake children's noises being pumped out by a PA system

 

i kinda thought about that, like speakers of some sort.

I liked the Caddy plowing through zombies.

 

Why are the cars in the walking dead all look they are from the 90s and rusted. I remember seeing a Dodge Ram in the earlier episodes. But I would think there would be more modern cars. And it is always the old rusted cars that the engine still runs.

 

Old Detroits plow through zombies better. Hit a zombie with a new car, and they're chomping on you before you snap to from the airbag hit.

 

Modern cars rely on to much Technology and are harder to fix on your own if broken down, older cars are easier to mickey mouse than new. Just my 0.02c on the issue Oh and much more steal vs today's hit a kids toy car at 5PMG and the whole thing is totaled, older cars are bricks!

 

Ha! I thought that was a Lincoln...guess I wasn't paying much attention.

 

I have found it odd that the gas for these vehicles hasn't gone stale and that the batteries still work after the years that have passed. Especially in the south! Heat is bad on batteries there.

 

Coulda been. I wasn't wearing my glasses at the time.

 

Remember too they had the Hyundai SUV for a while, that was almost new.

And yes what was said before about older cars easier to hotwire etc

 

Yeah the battery and fuel issue would be a real problem, though a lot of people in the south use Sea Foam or other fuel preservatives to prevent it getting bad, but my guess is "tv" which in movies like Mad Max & Water World where fuel hard to come by they burn it like there is no tomorrow!

It would be cool if they had a tacoma on the show.

 

Hyundai is also the major sponsor for the show....marketing.
