Dual coils. I like a dual parallel continuous coils out of 26gauge. I get about six hours out of a charge.

6 hours? You must not chain vape. I don't think 100 watts would last me that long. 70 watts makes my battery drain pretty fast already. Lol

Got the orchid in, having a hard time getting to wick right, had a few dry hits so i loosened the chimney and now it's not so frequent.

Nathan any tricks to this thing?

The orchid doesn't like juices that are heavy on PG for one. If I got dry hits I would loosen the top cap to allow juice to flow into the chamber. You'll get a couple of bubbles and then the dry hits will go away.

I've got that one thing, and that other one thing, oh yeah and that other other one thing.
I've had no problems with the Orchid, 80VG/20PG seems to be a sweet spot, don't got stupid subohm. Little loose on the wicking too, helps with the juice issue.

Just a bunch of old crap
Just did a dual coil 24 gauge 6-wrap on a 3/32" bit build on my new Kanger Subtank. Running at .270 on the mod box and getting great clouds and flavor. Chain vaping 4-6 times in a row and not getting any dry hits. I'm really digging this tank for when I'm driving or too lazy to drip. It's heavy though, but the mod already was heavy so what difference does it make, I guess.

On a side note, I'm moving away from the 8 battery (18650) mod box and going with a slimmer 5 battery one. Got the Hammond box over the weekend, along with the new Fat Daddy 510's in the 30mm size. Those things are beefy, have longer threads for easier install, and have a nicer solder tab than the previous. Gonna do the mosfet in this one with a blue LED button. Case will be clear this time instead of blue. 12,500 mAh on the eFests should make for a 2-3 solid day mod without needing a recharge. And, it still fits in the hand reasonably.

    From left to right:

    1. My current mod
    2. Clear empty box the same size as my blue mod
    3. The new box I'm going to do the 5 battery build (just a tad taller, thicker and barely wider than my current mod - 1/16" too thin to run 6 batteries unfortunately)
    4. The ridiculous 8-battery box I'm aborting, or may build later just for fun (way wider/thicker than my current mod)

Note the beefy 510's on the far right box. One of those is going on the new mod.

Seems like the ipv won't let the battery drain down to far. If it shows half battery life. Then you push the fire button you can see the batter life jump down. Then go back up when you release th button. If you are at half batter life and you push the fire button. If it jumps down to empty. The ipv will tell you to check the battery lol

If the power being requested by the rda is more than the batteries can give it won't fire
