So, to all my Xtend users, how many scoops do you do per day? Per the bottle, it says for men 200 lbs and under to do 2-3 scoops per day and for men over 200 lbs to do 3-4 scoops per day. Since I'm right around 195, I plan on doing 2 scoops in a gallon jug to sip on throughout the day and then drink 1 scoop during my workout.

    Thoughts?

I havent went to the gym in about 4 days. Starting to think I should stop going and start spending the time outside on a walk or a quick hike.

It's only about an hour drive, but I love the job, so it's completely worth it lol

It's a BCAA supplement; it's one of the highest rated supps on bb.com. Tons of folks use it when cutting because it prevents muscle-loss. I like it because it tastes soooooo good....plus it actually benefits the body, so I can justify using it over something like Mio or Crystal Light

here's the link to it on bb.com

I've always been skeptical of BCAA's and most other supps, but it tastes great, so it gives me more incentive to drink more water, which is good. I'm already over a gallon today and it's not even 4 o'clock. Also, it's a much better alternative than shitty ass crystal light or mio
