    What's up guys. Anyone know what U joints to go with for our trucks that would be the best? i know to go with the ones with zerks to keep em greased, but what brand would be best and what price is reasonable? would Moog be the best choice?

    i got zerkless u joints again...from what i was told by the driveline shop, less play when theres no grease in them when having zerked greasable ones

    Does anyone know if there is a thread on here that shows how much travel certain kits have? Or does anyone know how much travel the icon stage 4 gives you?

    i called that driveline shop in ontario and they quoted me an absurd price @ $400+ to get 1 u joint replaced!! lol..did you do anything to the carrier bearing?

    Hmmmmm... I dont know why that doesnt feel like a lot of travel but it sure costs alot for that extra inch.

    $400? wtf...
    mine was like $200-300 cuz my carrier bearing was messed up...and they changed all 3 u joints as well
    it cost me $450-500 to get a slip yoke added to the drive shaft a couple years back

    Mine was 230 for re-tube, carrier bearing and u joint.

    The I've gone to napa and just replace my u joints in the garage with a puller, few sockets and a hammer. Angle grinder on the old one. Only a few hours to do.

    That trip looks like fun. Can't wait til I'm going again.
