    Agh the only other thing holding me back is Im wanting to go LT first. I'm not gonna drive around on stock gears with bigger tires so that would be a huge chunk out of my savings.... Plus LT is gonna be a big help.

    Yes, im running 37's with 1.5" spacers on 4.5" backspace wheels amd im not rubbing at full lock. It can ne done with a little work

    Full atuffxlearnac mean tubbing. I was about to. Then I decided against it. I won't clear 40+ when I sas so why tub.

    Impossible without removing fenders/cutting into door/relocating stuff under the hood.

    I wish I could tell you if it does at full stuff, looks like it should but im running stock coils which dont have much up travel. Some day I might have the funds for LT but till then im ok, from that I can see the back side of the wheel well/ firewall should be good! My problem now is in the front. Ill have to tub the front side of the wheel well and bottom of radiator support when wheel is turned inward at full lock in the front. As of now till I have a proper suspension to be able to flex more than a few inches upward even if I remove the swaybar im not gonna mess with it.

    Anyone relocate the battery to tub the front portion? Pix?

    I'll need a wheel with at least 3"bs to fit 37's...
    Found a steel pro comp 17 with 2.5bs - maybe that's a good way to go.
    I can't convince myself to run spacers with that large a tire.:eek:

    Wow.. im surprised they make something like that! Is it 9" or 10" wide? Its a good way to go. I already had my wheeld and wasnt gonna buy new once. Plus BORA makes some good quality spacers which is the only reason I had the confidence

    I put mine in an ammo can just in front of the rear shocks. I did have a ballistic fab dual battery set up between the spares for a while too.

    So.......I priced 37s today........so tempting. You guys really do have this figured out. My biggest argument(girlfriend) is the long term savings on tires haha. I'm a bit nervous of my drivetrain as i haul my 23' camper several times a year obviously i would regear what are your thoughts on that?

    With 4.88's it will have exactly the same power as when it was bone stock. You might lose 1/10 of a second in the quarter mile, but I assume you won't be drag racing with your trailer hooked up. If you can haul it now, you will be able to haul it on 37's just the same. I think reliability is about the same as 33's. You don't have to hit stuff so hard with 37's...

    Wheel bearing life? Cv angles? I know srate inspections are rough as it is PA. Anyone have a straight down the fender picture? Just curious what 3" b.s. looks like. I don't really want to go glass.

    Wheel bearing life seems to be the same as stock. Maybe even better, as the hub RPM is slower the taller the tire is. CV angles are the same no matter what size tires are on it. Can't help with pics, I'm LT.

    Read some of your build, nice job. I'm at a cross roads with my truck lately. I have a lot of thoughts about where i was going with it. Suspension is due for an upgrade but mixed emotions.

    Did you do the cab mount relocate?
