Since it's supposed to rain/snow Saturday I am not doing my suspension this weekend. I'll have to see what my wife is up to, but I might try and make it.

I thought the same thing originally, joined, was fast and easy. Found lots of great info on the site after joining. I would be going to the class if I did not have prior commitments.

Let's hope there is no snow. I really don't want to move in the snow.

Yeah I'm worried about the same thing. If it's raining and crapy I won't be doing anything to the truck.

My diff is a little rough. Something in there is broken. I suspect the ring is missing a couple teeth. I'm putting a stock one back in it.

Finally got my OME 885 coils and bilestein shocks installed. Got a new Pioneer head unit and installed my AFE CAI! Scrubbed the throttle body and cleaned the MAF sensor and now it feel like I'm driving a new truck! Waiting to see how this leaf spring recall goes to decide on what I want back there.

Haha. With the money I have put into it recently I could have SAS'ed with lockers.

I do think it will be SAS'ed on of these days.

Hey all! Some buddies and myself will be down in SLC to go riding at Snow Basin this weekend. We want to hit some downtown life in salt lake friday or saturday night or both. If anyone has any suggestions, tips, thing to do/not do...where to go...all is appreciated! Is there like...a ski focused area where skiiers and boarders usually go? weird question i know.

I dunno, fun ones? We are all in our early to mid 20s...Would prefer to avoid bars with misplaced jersey shore bro brahs.

As far as a preference goes, i mean pretty open to anything, if there is a main area to stay in? Local chill places? Places you always seem to have fun at? Not quite sure what youre lookin for haha. To a point a bar is a bar. Some have good dance floors, some have a stage and live bands, some are just more of a kick back chill place, or the college party bar...or if there are like, skiing populated bars too.

Yep, got to check out the heavy metal shop, say hi to Kirk (he's doing much better after the lung collapse). The Jackalope, the Green Pig, Circle Lounge are right around the corner.

I guess it would depend on where you're staying, if you're downtown then you could do a bar crawl down main street, plenty of fun establishments to visit (Beerhive, Murphy's, Key's on Main etc.). If you're cabbing it from up north then the Garage on Beck would be the cheapest fair and I'm sure there will be a live band. There are also a few in Sugar House that I like (Campfire, Sugar House pub, Fat's, the Bar). There are also some fun dives down highland Drive from 2800S-3900S (the Bongo-cash only, VFW, Granite club, Bar Named Sue).
If you want a guide or a local drinking buddy, pm me and I'll come out and meet you guys somewhere.
