Move on and keep looking. There are lots of these out there, just gotta take your time finding the right one. FWIW, I paid $5k for my new one with 187K on the truck. So you can definitely find them for under $10K with less than 200k miles.

Oh, and if it's newer than a '92 it's not an FJ80. '93 and newer are FZJ80. Not a huge deal but you'll confuse people if you say it's a FJ80 because those have a totally different motor etc.

New (to me) bumper! Ignore the super ghetto, temporary turn signals and my awful photography skills. :D

nice bro^, i did the exact same thing with my turn signals till i got the trail gear led kit haha. but in hindsight i probably would have just done the blinker relocate mod and stuffed em in the side lights.

I moved the marker light up and put the blinker in the center slot, cut, fit, glue, seal and done!

Yea I've done a write up and Brent has. It's easy to do. Works well.

Or rewire the marker lights as blinkers.

I used Morimoto XB LED strips in Amber, they are just the right length to slide inside the side markers.

You shouldn't HID without proper housing. But judging by your LED bars you aren't going to give a fuck anyway.

Was just thinking of something and thought I'd ask to see if someone knows. I have 2 led pods to put somewhere and I want them where the turn signals are in the factory bumper. Can I remove them and wire my corner lights as the blinkers? Then take my corner light wire and run it to the pods? If that makes sense to anyone

Yes. Not sure what your laws are, but you will likely still need to have Amber corner lights(running lights)

Mine has both the running lights and 1/2 turn signals in the corner housing that fire out to the side in addition to the led ambers that fire forward under the headlight.

So the top light in the housing is the smaller bulb in led form that has a nice amber glow when the lights are on.

The lower section of the corner lights is a bright amber halogen bulb that was added using parts from the old turn signals, the ones under the headlights are a lighter amber color but are very visible in day and night.

What led strips are you using under your headlights? I like that idea, especially since I'm missing one of those stupid trim pieces under the headlights
