Everywhere I need to drive is within 5 miles. However I'm driving a lot more places and going to make trips up to Flagstaff and Tuscon a lot more frequently now so the odo is going to go up pretty rapidly now.

Damn low miles for an '02!
Already almost 7k on my Tundra I bought last september. I'm usually around 15k a year, one year I did 25k on my '07 Tacoma.

Yeah! Guy I bought it from only drove it in the winter when it was to cold to ride his BMW motorcycle and when he went on hunting trips. I was happy I stumbled upon it, I was expecting to get a Tacoma with almost double these miles.

Did you install the AAL right away with the dakars? I purchased both and am finally getting around to installing the lift this weekend, but still can't decide whether to put the extra leaf in or not. I have the exact same kit as you (883s, dakars, etc.) and also have an xtracab. How bad was the rear with the leaf in? It looked pretty high in your initial install photo.

It was really high, about 2 inches higher than the front. However, I waited about a month before I pulled it. If I left it longer it might have settled a bit more to a more acceptable height. As of right now, with front and rear plate bumpers, it sits one inch lower in the front. When I eventually get a bed rack and RTT ill throw it back in.

Do you have bumpers for your truck?
