    That really sucks. I hope to never rent again once I buy something. Apartments suck. Neighbors suck. The house I'm hoping for is in a very desirable town, so if nothing changes, in a few years I can sell easily if I want. I get bored with things easily so it would be no surprise.

    I wish I owned an apartment complex in this area right now. Rent is at an all time high. The complex I live in right now brings in over $2,000,000 a month in rent. That's crazy.
