I appreciate it man! Yeah they will rub on the upper control arms with out spacers. 265-75 is the biggest you can run without rubbing on the stock UCA.

Yeah! That's another option! Sometimes I wish that I went with that size. Might not have been such a hit on my mpgs.

Me and you get close to the same milege? Im getting between 13-15 mixed variety of driving. 15mpg is real rare usually in the 14mpg range more often than not.

just quit checking that stuff..... build your truck like you need it to be and don't drive like a heathen. I used to check it religiously but the great thing about these trucks is that (in my experience) you really have to do something drastic to effect your gas mileage significantly. I thing its more on how you drive that effects GM most.

Yeah I don't sweat it. I drive it how I want to, and put gas in it when it gets low. If I wanted gas mileage I wouldn't be driving a truck. But just for shits and gigs I always calculate it at the pump just a quick figure not equating for tires or anything. Just straight odometer to gallons. Makes me giggle sometimes.

Well we did when we went wheeling anyway. If I drive around town I get around 15, 17 straight highway.

Exactly man. I just spent the past hour exploring some trails connected to my friends parents neighborhood in Jacksonville. I just get in it and go wherever I desire. (Within reason)

Clint, once I put the 33's on my mileage took a dive. In GA that one time I had the 32's and was averaging 17-18 all the time.

Brake line busted at the caliper. Again. I guess I fudged up by not bolting the brake line bracket on the spindle. When I did the wheel bearing the bolts going into the spindle for stripped. And I just figured the spindle was stripped aswell. So I'm gonna clean the threads and get some new bolts and replace them. Hopefully remedy the issue instead of just a bandage.

Got everything taken care of tonight. Put a fresh bolt in the passenger side brake line bracket and it went in no issues. Different story for the drivers side, i really had to force the new bolt in. Just had to make the decision that id rather ruin another bolt and everything be attached then ruin another brake line, and lose brakes again. I guess those threads in the spindle are messed up.
