Damn, I have spacers. I do have nice shocks though. The little off road I do, sand, mild to medium terrain, I don't see myself needing much more. I am getting 20's though so maybe I'm a bro too.

That's pretty much where I am with this truck. I plan on it being my oldest boys first truck in 7 years so I kind of need to take care of it and pimp it out here and there just for him.

Not good for the front coilovers. Eliminates the travel that they have.
Crawling amd jumping will take its toll on any vehicle. Spacers just limit the movement of stock parts especially on joints and bushings.

So how about taller springs with the blocks out back? Like I said, the T Force came with nice bilstein shocks and would like to keep.

At first, I also had spacers. Let me ask you this, what size spacers do you have?

I have 3" front 1.5" back. The shocks are the 5100's, I'm sure you know.

A spacer over 2.5" limits the natural movement of the steering and suspension components. The problem with buying springs amd keeping the shocks is that, the taller spring will hurt the shock by over extending the shock then there is suspension droop. This will cause pre-mature failure of the shock.

Also, the stock UCA joints will wear out much faster. I had 45kmiles on my truck when the boots failed and the joint was beginning to.

On the rear, the spacers there are "fine" for the time being. The stock leaf springs are not known for their performance. With weight and a spacer, they tend to wear faster and eventually having negative arch. Also, axle wrap tends to be an issue with rear spacers.

So basically, spend money now or spend more money later. I thought a lot of guys were running these shocks on lifts though. Am I wrong or are they?

Just went and checked again, y'all got me second guessing. Looks like 5160's the front is not adjustable, that I know of. The rear has the extra reservoir canister. It's four wheel drive also. Not wanting to dump a ton of money in it but don't want Jerry rigged junk, any advice is welcome.

Maybe comfortable around $1k. I have access to a 10,000 square foot shop as well. If I can get a hand with this maybe we can do some mod meets there.

I like the way it sits now 3" front 1.5" rear. Getting the 33 12.50s so need 3" at least up front.

So are you saying just 3" springs and UCAs or should I just look for a full kit type thig? AAL? Leaf kit? Sorry for all the stupid Q's but I wasted too much $ on my jeep because I didn't ask.

That is kind of what I'm wondering about my fronts, because they are upgrades, I just don't know if they're specific for a lift. Worst case is I do everything else and replace these when they go to shit. Does that sound right or should I just do it now?

On my jeep I put a 3.5" rough country lift and could run 37"s with cut fenders. Love my truck way more but this is a pain in the ass.
