That's a lot, but working in Construction/Civil Engineering, I can tell you that's definitely not all profit. There's a HUGE overhead. Lights, water, personnel, etc. Especially when you think that an apartment complex that size was probably $200-300 million to build, and maintenance (masonry work, new roof, concrete work, etc.) probably comes in around $500k-$1 million every few years.

Definitely is a lot of profit, but after all is said and done, it's not like they're making $20+ million in profit every year. My company is currently working on a $7 million balcony rehab litigation for a single building with around 350 units. Obviously an outlier, but stuff like that is pricey.

 

Well obviously no business is straight profit. If 10% is profit they still make $200k a month. I wouldn't mind that. I'm sure it's a big ass firm though. They are based in Omaha.

Oh I know, and no doubt it'd still be a decent chunk of change, just not $24m a year. Although that'd be awesome. Haha is wouldn't be complaining.. I'll probably never see $200k in a year let alone a month. Lol

I've been keeping track for awhile now, winter or not I get about 180-220 between fill-ups. Average seems right at the 200mi mark per tank. I've only come close to running on fumes a couple times and those were my high mileage experiences. I've also never done any recalculations based on 33in tire size either, not sure if it matters much, Dennis is running 265's and getting close to the same.

 

I've been getting right around 15 city driving this winter
I didn't adjust for tires either. I'm guessing around .5 - 1 mpg

 

13-14 city, not much better hwy but I normally have 4 people + gear. Probably close to 6k lbs off road.

 

This tank was a lot of idling. That and the cold temps put a hurting on the ole MPG's.

 

Its supposed to go above freezing here next week.. Will be the first time in 40 days.

 

Yea....last tank I got ~11mpg. yay global warming.
