Not sure if you checked one out or own one, but I have a Leupold Mark AR that is going on my grendel when I get my upper. Haven't shot with it yet but seems damn nice for around 400$

I am sure the Leupold would be nice but it is above what I can spend right now. The Nikon was 268 and can end up on my 5.56 if it doesn't work out

10-4, I have seen 3x9 Mark AR's on ebay for 280$ (including base) but I'd be nervous ordering from ebay, had a monarch on my 22-250, dollar for dollar hard to beat, same with the P-223, brother in law has one on his S&W. I don't have any expirience with vortex personally.

I talked to Will over there at Radical and he says it was picked up on Tuesday last week. They are going to request a tracer on it tomorrow.

I wouldn't worry about the USPS tracking unless it says it was delivered and you didn't get it. Their tracking estimates are based on origin and destination and are not guaranteed if you click on the ? near the delivery date.

Yup I run the cheapeat wolf and tula I can get my hands on. Its pretty under powered stuff so midlength might cause short strokes so stick with shorter gas systems. ASC mags have worked the best for me. Get a heavier hammer spring and/or and enhanced firing pin for those stubborn russian primers.

Sorry about the late reply, Just go to the store and try out different ones, I am abig fan of the K2 on my pistols, I also like the umbrella corp grips. They dont have as much angle as the MOE or the milspec grips. YMMV, but I think Magpul puts out some fantastic stuff.

^what he said. I only have a little over 100rds through mine but no issues with the 3 different steel cased ammo I tried and I have ASC mags as well.

You gonna run the Eotech on top of the vortex or is this for two different guns? If your putting on same gun please post pic! Let us know your thoughts on the viper too, I've been looking into them but never got my hands on one.

The vortex is actually for a bull barrel .223 project I've been working on so I guess that was a little out of place here in the AR thread. But from the initial feel and look, I really like the viper. I was glassing a house on the other side of the valley from my house and could very clearly make out specifics of their home.. There is a new bolt handle for that gun somewhere in that picture I believe.

As for the Eotech, that is going on my current AR for now but will eventually be going on a build I just started. Still not entirely sure which direction im going with that build though.
