If anyone is looking for a 4.10 front carrier. I found this company in Spokane http://www.spaldings.com/ that sold me one from a Tacoma with less than 9 miles on the vehicle. They have several more.

I wish I worked less. Been on either 10's or 12's since last May pretty much. Im ready for a normal 40 hour week and two day weekends. OT here and there or for a week or two is one thing but F doing it this much 60-70 hour weeks get old

What are you doing? You see, if I am getting paid hourly, I love to work as much as I can. I'm salary right now (military), so any extra work I do equates to NOTHING for me.

Im hourly so I at least get more money (or comp time). Theres a fine line for how much OT I don't mind vs I hate. 10's during the week is fine but start cutting into weeks and I hate it. Moral of everyone goes down, people get cranky, just gets to be no fun. But being military im sure you know all about that :) Plus im a glorified babysitter (supervisor) which makes it not as enjoyable too!

I don't think I could ever work a totally salaried job at this point. Seen way to many friends, family, upper management putting in tons of hours for free more or less.

I'm currently trying to weight my options for my 15 year mark (2.5 years away). To stay in until 20 and gain full retirement (50% of base pay plus benefits), or early retirement at 15... less % and who knows about benefits, and start a career early. Would I gain that 10-15% I lose in retirement back from starting early? It's a tough decision...

Putting together the parts for my build on my '14. Does anyone have a preference for CBI or Pelfrey? Looking to do sliders and a front bumper/winch right now.

    Thanks!

Both are good. Just look who has the best lead time and discount right now.

Definitely a tough choice! I have talked to plenty of people doing both routes and talking to them it generally just seems to do what you want. Some people don't mind their jobs so they stick with it, those that only tolerate it seems to go for the early out.

Im a fan of Pelfrey. To be honest I haven't talked to or looked at CBI. But Pelfrey was top notch when I ordered all my stuff from them in November. Satin called, emailed, and kept me informed the entire time. Also was emailing at 11pm one night which is pretty amazing! Great company and staff to work with! Worth talking to them at least and see what sort of combo deal they can give ya!

    Get the house in Renton?

On a different note, what are peoples thoughts on rock lights? I don't wheel at night but when camping and cooking/putting stuff away at night it would be nice to have that extra light. I was thinking vision x has a nice set, but don't really want to spend the amount of money for Rigid's kit..

I personally think rock lights are kind of poser unless you have a real crawler
