    After a pho king good time via drinking too much you eat this soup that has a rich, thin, but nutitious stock, noodles, some sprouts, thinly sliced meats, etc, etc, etc. Usually a breakfast food I beleive.
    Just a traditional viet dish. I am sure the viet peoples can explain better.
