Alright guys im tryin to decide between either a flowmaster dual exhaust or a new alpine head unit for my 05 TRD Sport. we already have some speakers and an amp so i could get those put in with the new head unit if i go that direction. i know its ultimately uo to me, (and i guess my parents) lol, but what would you guys choose and why?

id say go with the stereo... if you already have all the other stuff you need, why not just finish it up? oh btw when you find the stereo you want, email me with the part number of the deck, i can get it cheeeeeap... and mail it if you want? ill pm you my email.

besides, i havent really heard an exhaust i like on the taco yet... v6+exhaust sounds crappy imho.

i use ebay alot for various things.....but for stuff like stereo equipment and such, im gonna buy somewhere that has a legit return policy if something is messed up....been burned from buying off ebay before(not saying all companies on ebay are like that......but once is enough for me).

new stereo ftw. i think the exhaust has yet to be perfected on the tacoma. some sound good at idle but sound like crap at 2500 rpm. a good stereo system should good all the time.

i think u guys have convinced me to get the stereo. thats what i was leanin towards when i found out my dad had some speakers and amp that were in another car. and crutchfield is prolly the way i'll go unless i find a cheaper route. they have the alpine cda-105 for $200 shipped and i believe it includes everything needed to make the install, including the dash kit and the ipod cable
