    my point of view shots of the rooms.

    Have to use the shorts and shirt they give you for the entire time your there. Bade pool and sweat/ ice rooms are great/

    Basically this. Each room is a different temperature, and different material. Salt, Charcoal Oak, Mud, Clay ball, Amethyst, Jade, Onyx, and then the marble ice room. Not into the spiritual side, but the heat makes me feel good.

    Speaking of balls. Remember when you were a kid. Went to Chucky Cheese and they had the Ball pit where you could go in burry yourself? The CLAY BALL room is great. Marble sized and smaller 'clay balls' that you can either lay on top of or burry yourself in. IIRC it was 138º room.


    All in all, great night. Feel much better. was there for 8 hours or so overnight relaxing in the various rooms and Bade Pool/ sauna's and pools.
