If anyone cares, this is the look I'm going for. Hopefully I can bend up some flexable tubbing to make the shape of the bar. I'll then take the tubing temp[late ddown to the local muffler shop and see if they can bend up some muffler pipe that is the same diameter as in the pic.

Anyone know what size tube that is?

The tube on the ARB is 2.0" diameter. I wouldn't use the muffler shop for your tube though. They use thin wall tube and use crush bends. You won't get a smooth bend from them. Good luck on your project.

I was afraid of that. More research then. Thanks.

I'm not positive. I will look into it more tomorrow. The picture is from inside the torch handle though. It looks like a snap ring holds the assembly together.

Finally was able to pick up some steel and play around; made this little stand for my old crappy bench grinder. Will eventually add some hooks or maybe a little basket for additional storage. And plan to upgrade to a nice 8" grinder soon...one thing at a time :) Thanks again to those who pointed me in the right direction for some scrap steel!

I finally found a good parts diagram. It's the "main body". Part number is : 203 119. The only place I can find it is an air gas shop about an hour away for $270. Can anybody point me in the right direction for a cheaper shop?

I bet that's a part most people just look at the cost of and go "new torch". The difference isn't that big.

Made a bit more headway on the bumper. Still got a ways to go.

Got theaValences done. Next will be cutting out holes for turn signals then the fog lights. IM a little pissed that there are no knock ours in the dash to place a fog light switch. The Tundra had over six blanks for extra switches. Not looking forward to cutting holes in the dash.

Looks good. What do the gaps between the front fender and bumper look like? The body will flex a bit and it looks like you'll get some rubbing from that front edge of the fender on the bumper.
