Better than the old one. That's not saying much though.

Well so long as it still has independent rear suspension like the last ones it will always suck monkey balls. Most SUV's have been ruined because they have gone to IRS.

My uncle used to have a bad ass Nissan Pathfinder (late 90's) but the new ones are now no better than a CRV or RAV4. They only real SUV left is the T4R and the Xterra. And the Xterra are POS junk boxes. Everyone I know that has owned one has hated it.

I think it's fugly. I like the old style better. I had a 2008 for a few years until I traded it in for a Scion FR-S, and it was a great truck/car. Never had any problems with it, kinda wish I wouldn't have gotten rid of it. Smooth on the road, & it did ok doing some light offroading. I liked the higher-up, more chair-like seating position too. My Tacoma feels like you sit so much lower to the body floor. But my friends did bag on me for buying a "barbie truck", at least until they drove in it or saw the DU-HA 3 gun rifle rack under the rear seat, trunk in the bed, power rear window, etc. I contemplated buying another one instead of the Tacoma, but they were pretty much non-existent brand new when I was looking to ditch the Scion FR-S.

That's a rendering, Not the prototype... Doesn't look too bad IMO, Looks like what GM is offering but with a Honda badge and better reliability.

The word "tough", does not come to mind when I force myself to look at that thing.

The cab to bed proportions look way off favoring the cab. It wouldn't look as bad if the bed was a little longer.

Better get great gas mileage with the sleekness of the body. Everyone is copying the hilux cause it's nice.

Sadly, most American's(in general) want trucks that are as aerodynamic as a brick.
