what type of brackets are ya'll running for LED bars on the roof. I looked at rigid but they only have for 2nd gens.

Got an email on HondaTech from a local company inquiring about my truck after I had posted a pic of it in a thread. They "say" I can get a free LED bar as long as they get to take a few pics of my rig and I write a review. Seems to good to be true but I'm rolling with it for now. sucks cuz I just got a 20 inch on my bumper but I figured I could throw one on the roof. I do need to supply the roof brackets.

Worse case, I'll just get one for my civic. haha..but it looks like they rather install it on an offroad vehicle. (makes me wonder why they would post on HT???)

I was just over in his vendor section. those look pretty damn good

    Thanks bro

Actually, I'm not to sure I would like a bar up on the roof (don't want to hear whistling as some have experienced). I guess I could get ditch lights?

    ...too much shit to list.
I have the relentless mount and no wind noise. Just depends on where you put the bracket and aiming of the light.

It does whistle at highway speeds. The light bar angle does play a role. The use of door edge guard strips on the back fins of the led bar stops the whistling.

Would removing my rain guards cut out wind noise?

    Look at build!
If you mount it far enough back it wont whistle. Mine doesn't, and there's virtually no glare on the hood either

Usually the catch in that situation is that they charge you for the product to begin with, then once you've fulfilled their demands, they reimburse your money with either store credit or a refund of your payment.
