Just a thought, For the Tampa area members and those that would like to make the drive we could have a planning/ mini meet at a local restaurant.

That way we could have all the who does what and where logistics down before we hit the woods.

Could do a logistics meet at the lakeland hooters. Keep in mind it will be best to buddy up, if everyone is driving solo this is much less effective. Ideally you have at least 1 passenger per truck.

Whoever is setting this up should be able to negotiate a killer rate at Tillis Hill since we are coming up for this effort.

For me I've always been thinking day trip, but for those that want to camp go for it. I'll bring it up when I speak with the contact I've been provided with. I'll see if I can get a few sites for free or at a reduced rate.

Please indicate on the sign up sheet if you're interested in camping.

Yeah, I kinda was too. Especially since my tent finally gave up the ghost last weekend after 25 years or so of use. :p It it turns into a camping trip, I might be able to barrow one, but finances might be kinda tight for the rest of the supplies.

Lakeland Hooters works for me, if it's a Saturday.

I have a trade show to attend next weekend, who's in for a 3/14 meet at Hooters? With the clean up within a Saturday or two after that?

Thorny Mike said he's slammed in March. How about April 4 for the clean up day and do the planning meet a week or two before that (the 21st or the 28th)?

Oh and we may or may not have a Mod day coming up soon, so we might have to work around that or vise versa.

I'm flexible, the only plans I have in April is Jimmy Buffet on the 18th.
