    Did my last workout of the week this morning…Upper B

    flat bench: 135x10, 225x8, 275x3, 225x6
    decline bench: 225xx10, 275x4, 315x2, 135x15
    t-bar rows: 3 sets of 12, 10, 10 @ 135
    close-grip lat pulldown: 2 sets of 12, 10 @ 205
    dumbbell shoulder press: 3 sets of 10, 9, 8 w/ 55 lb dumbbells
    dumbbell shrugs: 3 sets of 15 w/ 100 lb dumbbells (dat grip is getting stronger…fuck wraps)
    machine curls: 3 sets of 18, 16, 15 @ 90 lbs
    straight bar triceps pushdown: 3 sets of 12, 10, 10 @ 205 lbs

    I have a few my cords that need to be sized with the chain saw and then split. Gonna knock that out when the temps just to the 50's so I can work on that tan:cool:

    You get used to it. I think humidity plays a role too. When I was in basic at Fort Benning I hated the winter. It felt colder for some reason and it was in the 40's - 50's. Same when I lived in Cali. When I went home from basic the wind froze me but I got used to it after a week of being home and was happy to be in a shirt and pants sub 40 again.

    It might just be that I can acclimate to it easier with constant low temps where the coastal states seem to have a lot of fluctuation.
