Occassional white smoke from exhaust pipe

So last summer i had a head gasket replaced cause a literal shit ton of white smoke started coming from the exhaust pipe. Well last tuesday and today when i started it up, some white some came out. No where near as much as the summer incident. Seems to be dripping a little water out the tail pipe after idling. Ever since i got the truck back last summer, there has been an idle problem. Idles high when warmed up and low when cold. Im almost positive its the IAC system cause the CEL came on last week and said thats what was wrong. Could this be the sign that another head gasket it about to blow?

 

im not understanding. I only know condensation as the water build up. but that doesnt really explain how to fix/or the problem. lol

 

okay gotcha. but im also asking what would be causing this white smoke? on a cold start, it has a little rough idle. ill rev it up to about 1500rpm for about 30-45 seconds then it smoothens out

 

How much smoke is coming out is not a normal thing. its not that kind where you see a car in the cold and has a wee bit of smoke coming out. it looks like a fog machine doing this

 

yeah i cant shovel out that kind of money for a new engine
